ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year in Fairfield, CA. This full-time opportunity supports elementary students across two school sites while working with collaborative teams committed to student success.

30-Minute Duty-Free Lunch

7:45 AM – 3:30 PM

Elementary Caseload

Split Between Two School Sites

Maximum Caseload: 28 Students
Qualifications:
-
Valid California CTC Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential required
-
Experience working with elementary special education students preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
-
Knowledge of special education compliance, IEP development, and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and California state standards
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with families, related service providers, administrators, and general education staff
-
Implement evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions
-
Collect and maintain accurate student progress data and documentation
-
Create a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
