About the Role:
This position will service clients in the Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey areas and is perfect for a speech therapist who wants to make their own schedule. Applicants should be comfortable serving a diverse range of clients from various ethnic, cultural, economic, and lingual backgrounds, and be willing to provide their best to all client families.
We offer full support for therapists, a very competitive pay rate, medical benefits (full-time only), retirement plan, a flexible schedule, a one-time $400 bonus after three months of employment for bilingual therapists, and we pay the standard business rate for mileage. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs of children.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child.
- Provide bilingual speech therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapy goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current California state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certification of Competence (CCC).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Experience with early intervention services and pediatric populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Therapist Rate: $75.00 -$80.00/hour, depending on experience.
Evaluations: $225

Play & Talk Bilingual Therapy’s (www.playandtalktherapy.com) mission is to provide both home-based and in-clinic multilingual speech-language services and evaluations to the L.A. area pediatric population (ages 0-3) in order to enhance their verbal/non-verbal communication skills.
