Responsibilities:
- Assemble and work with composite components for high-performance vehicles.
- Install custom Composite Body panels onto production vehicles.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure precision and durability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues in real-time.
- Fabricate brackets, solve problems and repair body panels if necessary.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in composite assembly and fabrication techniques.
- Strong understanding of materials science and composite properties.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
