Perform sanding operations using hand sanders, power sanders, orbital sanders, and other finishing tools. Inspect surfaces for defects such as rough spots, scratches, or inconsistencies; correct as needed.
Prepare parts for paint, stain, or assembly.
Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools.
Identify material defects and notify supervisor of issues affecting quality or production.
Assist with general production tasks when needed, including prep work, masking, or material handling.
