Job Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and dock operations, coordinating labour, inventory, equipment, and safety to ensure efficient operations, productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse, dock, logistics, and fulfilment operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved.
- Schedule and manage labour, equipment, and resources to meet operational demands while controlling costs.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates to improve performance and maintain operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience of supervisory in warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfilment operations.
- knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and labour management.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
