Depending on where you live, we'll match you with someone in your area who needs support at home. You'll work one-on-one with a senior or an individual with neurodiverse conditions and specialized care needs who lives independently in the comfort of their own home. We're looking for team members who are patient, attentive, and committed to making a meaningful difference.
This role also offers a path to advance into a Caregiver Lead position, supporting training and onboarding.

Responsibilities
Personalized Support
-
Deliver dedicated 1:1 support for the elderly or adults with developmental disabilities, with a focus on exercise, companionship or social interaction
Daily Living Assistance
-
Personal Care Assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting;

Mobility Assistance including ambulation, wheelchair, and transfers.

Meal preparation including special diets, supervising and assisting the client with eating and drinking

Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linen changes and dishes (restricted to only 15min per hour max);

Driving and/or escorting clients to shopping, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments;

Medication reminders
-
Companionship and socialization.
Progress Tracking and Documentation
-
Track and document participant goals, progress, and milestones, maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records.
Transportation
-
Report daily on progress; transport participants safely to doctors appointments or errands if needed.
Requirements
-
Authorized to work in the U.S.
-
English communication skills
-
Applicable work or volunteer experience
-
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly
-
CNA, LVN, MA, or prior caregiving/personal assistant experience preferred
-
Experience with dementia or neurodiverse care is a plus
-
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
-
Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transfers
-
Compassionate, dependable, and observant
