Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in pediatric and school settings highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and effective learning environment for students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary and middle school students
- Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences, contributing valuable clinical insights
- Provide home and hospital services one day per week as part of your assignment
- Engage in professional development to remain current with best practices in the field
This role begins August 6 and carries through May 27, affording the chance to make genuine impact during the academic year.
