Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in an industrial automation environment, high volume manufacturing environment
- Rockwell Automation – Allen Bradley PLC, RS Logix, FactoryTalk, SCADA (from Ignition), Vision systems (Cognex), AutoCAD (Electrical)
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell RS Logix-5000, FactoryTalk), communication protocols (DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP, IO-Link, OPC UA etc.).
- Hands-on experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment, Fanuc Robots, VFDs and servo controllers, servo controls, and various standard and safety IO modules
- Strong background in software validation processes, equipment qualification, and generating detailed documentation for ancillary systems (PLC, HMIs, Motion Controllers etc.) and testing results.
- Experience integrating control panels, including PLCs, I/O, power supplies, safety relays, drives, and network components.
