Are you the go-to person for clean, efficient commercial change-outs?
We’re an established HVAC contractor focused on retrofit replacement work, tenant improvements, duct alterations, rooftop units, and split systems. If you like solving field challenges and keeping projects on schedule, this role is for you.
You will:
- Install commercial RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and associated equipment
- Execute equipment change-outs and retrofit replacements
- Modify and fit ductwork, transitions, and curb adaptors
- Read plans and adjust to field conditions
- Coordinate crane lifts, deliveries, and crew activities
- Maintain safe, orderly jobsites
- Communicate professionally with the office and customers
- Mentor apprentices and mid-level installers
- Rely on consistent commercial work with an experienced support team
You have:
- 5+ years of HVAC install experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work solo or with a crew
It’s a plus if you have:
- Commercial retrofit background
- Lead installer experience
- Hands-on rooftop unit replacements
- Sheet metal/duct modification skills
Pay & Benefits
- $34–$46/hr DOE
