**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist - Inpatient!** **Job Description:** - **Schedule:** - Work in inpatient/swing/SNF settings with potential coverage at the hospital as needed. - **Education:** - Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. - Current California Physical Therapy License required. - Maintain a current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA. - Successfully passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE). - Compliant with state regulatory requirements. - **Experience:** - 1+ years in acute, swingbed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings preferred. - **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. - Compassionate attitude with attention to detail. - Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices. - Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently or know when to ask for help. - Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities. - Capability to manage diverse patients with various personalities and diagnoses. - Proficiency in writing timely, accurate reports and correspondence at a professional level. - Proficient in computer usage and software applications. - Desire to continually learn and implement new treatment techniques. - Timely and punctual in all responsibilities. - Ability to multi-task effectively. - **Shift Information:** - Day shift. - **Minimum Years of Experience:** - Less than 1 year. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
