Job Description
Faithful Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services throughout the Inland Empire. This position offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and the opportunity to transition to a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and treatment plans.
- Accurately document patient visits and treatment progress.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
- Travel to patients' homes within your assigned service area.
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (Required)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid California Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the Inland Empire
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Home health experience is a plus but not required
