Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments
- Organize and stock inventory throughout the warehouse
- Prepare products for live streams, athlete signings, and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control
- Help load and unload deliveries
- Work with the team to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills are a plus
