Run day-to-day program operations\n

    \n
  • Manage ambassador communication and regular updates
  • \n

  • Coordinate campaigns, events, workshops, and referral activities
  • \n

  • Share materials, deadlines, instructions, and program resources
  • \n

  • Answer ambassador questions and resolve issues
  • \n

  • Make sure activities are completed on time and meet program standards
  • \n

Track performance\n

    \n
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, onboarding, activities, referrals, and rewards
  • \n

  • Monitor ambassador activity and follow up on missed commitments
  • \n

  • Track leads, users, referrals, events, and conversions
  • \n

  • Prepare weekly updates on program performance
  • \n

  • Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements
  • \n

Coordinate internally\n

    \n
  • Work closely with Growth, Operations, and the founding team
  • \n

  • Share ambassador feedback and recurring issues
  • \n

  • Coordinate campaign materials and program updates
  • \n

  • Help improve workflows as the program grows
  • \n
