Job Description

Position Overview:

We are partnering with a school district in Ramona, California, to hire three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work exclusively with elementary-aged students in a supportive school-based environment.

Location: Fernbrook, CA 92065

School Year: August 10, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Setting: Elementary Schools


Available Openings:

Position 1

35 hours per week
Elementary caseload
Full school year assignment

Position 2

28 hours per week
Elementary caseload
Full school year assignment

Position 3

21 hours per week
Elementary caseload
Full school year assignment

Pay:

50-60 an hour depending on experience

Benefits:

Benefits are included for full time employees. Full time is considered 30 or more hours a week.


Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and service providers
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
