General Manager
Compensation: $80,000$85,000 Base Salary + Bonus
An established and rapidly growing quick-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and executing operational excellence while maintaining strong financial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations while creating a positive, guest-focused culture.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and managers.
- Drive sales growth through outstanding hospitality, operational execution, and community engagement.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Maintain compliance with all company standards, food safety regulations, and health department requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement action plans to improve restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Drive-thru management experience is required.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, food cost, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression.
