Job Title: Food Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Rate: $25 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Job Type:
Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday availability required
- Open to work weekends/overtime as needed
- 4 am - 12:30 pm

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Rancho Cucamonga. If you have a strong mechanical background and take pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production machines and facility equipment
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and handle unscheduled repairs
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Read and follow equipment manuals and work orders
- Diagnose problems replace or repair parts test and adjust systems
- Report unusual conditions or faulty equipment to supervision
- Follow all safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
- Keep maintenance areas clean safe and organized
- Complete special projects as assigned by leadership
- Support production and other departments with high level of customer service
- Stay current on equipment and systems through ongoing training
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety and health standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician program completion preferred
- Mechanical electrical or industrial maintenance education is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems preferred
- Skilled in using hand tools power tools meters welders and material handling equipment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Safety focused with strong attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
