PrideStaff is seeking a Demand Planner for a great company in Carlsbad, CA!
Position: Demand Planner
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $43/hr - $45/hr
Location: Carlsbad, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to generate accurate demand forecasts at the SKU level from multiple channels and international regions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant information for demand planning processes at the SKU level, considering diverse demand signals.
- Monitor inventory levels at the SKU level and implement strategies to minimize excess or obsolete stock while maximizing product availability, considering global demand dynamics.
- Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess demand planning accuracy at the SKU level and identify areas for improvement across diverse channels and regions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on inventory targets, production schedules, and product launches, ensuring SKU-level precision across international markets.
- Proactively identify potential risks to the supply chain at the SKU level, considering diverse demand signals from multiple channels and regions, and develop mitigation plans to address disruptions.
- Utilize advanced forecasting tools and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency in demand planning processes at the SKU level, considering the complexity of international demand signals.
