Job Description:
The Sr. Human Resources Manager oversees the company’s workforce operations, ensuring excellent employee experience. This position acts as a bridge between management and employees to implement policies, manage talent, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting recruitment, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing candidate communication.
· Prepare job offer letters and onboarding documents.
· Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure efficient onboarding experience.
HR Administration
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
· Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and audits.
· Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
· Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) in HRIS.
Employee Support
· Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about policies, benefits, or HR procedures.
· Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and conduct investigations.
· Assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
· Analyze salary trends.
· Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications.
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
· Assist with timecard tracking, attendance inquiries, and payroll data collection.
· Coordinate with payroll or accounting teams to ensure accuracy.
Other Duties
· Manage HR projects such as performance review cycles, training programs, and process improvements.
· Perform additional administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent HR experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support role.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

· Walk for a distance of up to 10 to 5,000 feet up to 4 hours a day.
· Climb stairs.
