- This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract.
- Graduate of school of pharmacy
- Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
- Must have 5+ years of Pharmacist experience
- Pharmacist license in the state of practice
- BLS - AHA
