RJ's Construction Supply is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Rebar Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and cut rebar according to customer specifications and work orders
- Operate rebar fabrication equipment, including cutters and benders
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Assist customers with loading materials when needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, construction materials, steel, or rebar fabrication experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and work from fabrication instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required
