Onsite Staffing Supervisor, Bilingual
We currently need a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Supervisor to oversee the temporary staff at our client’s large logistics companies in the San Pedro Area!
As an On-site Supervisor, you will be responsible for safety management, payroll, recruitment and employee retention.
You will earn $22-24 an hour, depending on your experience and work Monday to Friday. (Weekends are rotated with on-site team)
Normal start time will be 3:45am but can vary depending on new starts and start times.

As an Onsite Staffing Supervisor, you will be expected to:
- Handle new hire orientations.
- Oversee safety meetings and walkthroughs.
- Correct timecards / oversee payroll.
- Reviewing emails.
- Writing up daily recaps.
- Attending meetings with upper management.
- Travel to sister sites for Entering data into and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of On-site staffing or supervisory experience, speak both English and Spanish fluently, and be able to work overtime, as needed.
