Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment on schedules and priorities.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capacity.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding schedule changes and production status.
- Assist in the development of long-term production planning strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production schedules and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
