Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible California SLP license
  • SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and/or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates welcome
  • Experience in educational settings with a K-12 student population preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across K-12 students
  • Design targeted therapy sessions to address each student’s unique goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student learning
  • Participate in IEP meetings, maintain documentation, and track student progress
  • Provide consultation and resources to classroom teachers
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
