Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible California SLP license
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and/or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates welcome
- Experience in educational settings with a K-12 student population preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across K-12 students
- Design targeted therapy sessions to address each student’s unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student learning
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain documentation, and track student progress
- Provide consultation and resources to classroom teachers
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
