Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and contribute to the overall success of our café.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Prepare scoops of Ice Cream & Frozen beverages, in accordance with safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours in a quick-service fast food restaurant environment.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and enhance their dining experience.
- Once experienced, will help in training new crew members in the future.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or quick-service restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

- Must be Available to work Tuesday and Thursday Morning Shift, other days as needed.
