Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the operating room, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide direct patient care as necessary, applying advanced clinical skills.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting is required.
- Supervisory experience or proven leadership skills are essential.
- A Master’s Degree and five years of technical experience are preferred.
