Pay Rate:
- 1st Shift: $20.00/hour
- Night Shifts: $21.00/hour
Available Shifts1st Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Overtime is mandatory as needed.
2nd Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- Pay: $21.00/hour
- Overtime is mandatory as needed.
3rd Shift
- Saturday – Wednesday
- 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- Pay: $21.00/hour
- Overtime is mandatory as needed.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Processing Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Santa Ana. This position is responsible for supporting the production of advanced composite materials by operating processing equipment, preparing materials, monitoring production, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment.
- Prepare raw materials according to production specifications.
- Load and unload materials into processing equipment.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Communicate production issues to supervisors and team members.
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
