We are seeking a dependable, experienced individual to assist with invoicing and admisistrative support for our diesel repair business.
- Minmum in 10 years experience working in an automotive repair shop or a related automotive service environment.
- Strong understanding of repairs, parts and service terminology.
- Excellent origanizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares ad process customer invoices accurately. Develop a good relationships with our accounts estimate and billing teams.
- Provided support in shop as needed inclding retreiving tools, parts and other materials to assist technicians.
This position is ideal for someonw who enjoys both office work and being involved in the day-to-day operations. We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic.
