Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and have 3+ years of business immigration experience, including hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) matters. Experience with these case types is a required qualification.

Job Description
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters from strategy through filing and approval.
- Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, adjustment of status, family-based immigration, and naturalization cases.
- Lead client consultations and develop trusted relationships with employers and individual clients.
- Supervise and mentor paralegals while ensuring high-quality legal work and timely case completion.
- Provide strategic immigration guidance tailored to each client's business and immigration objectives.
- Review petitions, legal briefs, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve workflows and client experience.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm through leadership, innovation, and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Bar license in any state.
- 3+ years of business immigration attorney experience.
- Strong experience with H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, and NIW cases.
- Experience with adjustment of status, family-based immigration, and naturalization matters preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
- Experience supervising paralegals or leading legal support staff is preferred.
