Position Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and community settings. DSPs play a vital role in empowering individuals to reach their personal goals while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities
- Support community integration and participation
- Promote independence and personal growth
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
- Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background clearance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Previous caregiving or DSP experience is a plus, but not required
