- Contact existing agency clients to identify Life Insurance opportunities
- Educate clients on protecting their families and financial future
- Schedule and conduct at least 10 life insurance conversations and reviews
- Follow up consistently and help clients through the application process
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in agency systems
- Collaborate with our insurance team to maximize client value

Responsibilities
- Conduct at least 10 policy review to cross sell life per day
- 10 life insurance conversation per day
- Make at least 50 call per day
- Schedule at least 5 appointments per day
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making more than 50 outbound calls and following up consistently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Insurance sales experience preferred
