As a valued SLP in our network, you’ll apply your expertise in speech-language therapy to empower learners, foster growth, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates considered
  • Experience providing speech and language support in a school setting (K-12 experience a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals related to speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services to K-12 students onsite
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEP timelines
  • Work closely with general educators, special education staff, and families to promote student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
