Position Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social development.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with student supervision as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
