  • Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
  • Support on-call emergency response during non-standard hours
  • Practice safe work methods and accident prevention
  • Participate in continuous OEM training and certification programs
  • Engage partners, suppliers, and vendors across the service network
  • Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards

  • Experience servicing kitchen equipment, facilities, or construction systems
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance; safe driving record (MVR required); able to operate company vehicles safely
  • Mechanical aptitude; strong troubleshooting; ability to read diagrams/schematics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile service applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; self-directed; positive, service-first mindset

Where and how you’ll work

  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, crawling
