About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates—primarily professionals with U.S. law firm experience—to support both client and internal hiring needs. This role plays a key part in building strong talent pipelines, evaluating candidate fit, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement. Qualified candidates are added to our internal talent pool for current and future opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment tools
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and high-priority roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in HubSpot
- Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and support offer stages when needed
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with placement and sales teams to refine recruitment processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting behavioral interviews
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work with performance metrics and recruitment KPIs
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for U.S. law firms or professional services
- Background in staffing agencies or high-growth environments
- ATS experience with tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse
- Recruitment certifications (LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM-CP)
