Registered Nurse – ER in Los Angeles, CA. Travel assignment starts on 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,718 to $1,769 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: Home Healthcare – Hospice.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated, high-quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients in the home healthcare/hospice setting according to standards and the nursing process.
- Collect relevant data, perform assessments, analyze findings, and develop or contribute to an individualized care plan.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care with the treatment team, and promote a safe, healing environment; educate patients and families as appropriate.
- Administer medications, monitor effectiveness and safety, respond to emergencies, and utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Participate in discharge planning and care transitions to ensure continuity of care; document actions and patient responses in the electronic health record (Epic).
- Delegate and supervise the work of other care team members as appropriate; collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in California
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of two years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; ACLS certification from an approved vendor
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) training/compliance required
- Ability to work the listed night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and to perform effectively in a home healthcare/hospice environment
