Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer basic questions about insurance policies
- Accept payments and process transactions
- Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Take vehicle photos and assist with inspections
- Help keep the office clean and organized
- Assist with marketing and customer outreach when needed
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and people skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to squat, bend, and move around while taking vehicle photos
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- College students welcome!
- No experience required
- Must be able to pass state licensing requirements (we can guide you through the process)
