We are hiring full-time or part-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

- Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Board certified/eligible nurse practitioners.
- Active California license preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply. You must have completed an acute care NP program.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

- We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role
- 7 on/7 off schedule.
- Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7 pm - 7 am.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cross -cover patients and rapid response coverage. No admissions.
- No procedures required.
- Work alongside a nocturnist physician.
- Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
- Utilize Epic EMR.

Rewards and Compensation:

- Annual compensation of $175,000 - $180,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
