Role Overview
PeopleConnect is hiring a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
This role is focused on partnership operations, partner onboarding, contract coordination, creative approvals, billing management, and partner communications. You will work closely with the partnership team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs run efficiently and partners are successfully activated and supported.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building expertise within affiliate, influencer, and partnership marketing.
Core Responsibilities

Manage affiliate and influencer onboarding throughout the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and status updates

Coordinate submission of affiliate and influencer creative assets for legal review and approval, tracking feedback and approvals through completion

Support outbound affiliate and influencer outreach efforts, including drafting, sending, and tracking outreach emails and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, communications, and partner documentation

Serve as a liaison between the affiliate team and internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, creative, and marketing teams

Ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives and cross-functional projects

Provide day-to-day operational support for the affiliate team, including reporting, partner asset management, and process documentation

Own the billing and reconciliation process for affiliate and influencer marketing programs

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline contract management, creative approvals, partner communications, and operational workflows

Help ensure affiliate and influencer programs operate efficiently, compliantly, and at scale
Requirements
Experience
-
1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or marketing operations (internship experience acceptable)

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with contracts, approvals, and compliance-driven processes

Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion

Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with affiliate platforms, CRM tools, or contract management tools is a plus
Nice to Have

Experience working with legal or compliance teams

Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows and creative approval processes

Experience supporting affiliate or performance marketing teams
Salary
Base Range: $60,000-$82,000
Bonus Target: 25%
This position is exempt (salaried).
The range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
