As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care. Your expertise will shine as you assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care for hospice. What you’ll do
- Be a full time In Office coordinator.
- This is desk job- In Office.
- Gather documentation and coordinate with doctors office.
- Provide assistance to the field staff.
- Collaborate with physician and RN to help implement the patient's care plan.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support patients and their families by providing education on health management and medication administration.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your nursing skills.
Basic qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of a state approved school of practical nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing, preferred.
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Hospice.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Completion of a Hospice training program prior to providing care.
