**Accounting Assistant with International and Domestic preferably **

Location: Mira Loma, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

York Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations. This role will work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger updates
  • Support domestic and international transactions, including currency exchange
  • Track and process sales commissions/royalties
  • Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems for reporting and data management
  • Provide AP/AR support and prepare cash receipts/remittance documentation
  • Maintain organized filing, scanning, and financial records
  • Assist with e-commerce reporting, RMAs, and debit memos

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, AP/AR
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

You should be proficient in:

  • ERP & MRP Systems
  • Microsoft Excel
