Who You Are
This role is specifically engineered for the productive but burned-out solo agent:
- You are an active, licensed agent who knows how to write a contract, handle a presentation, and close a deal.
- You are tired of paying thousands of dollars out of pocket every month for a tech stack you don’t have time to properly build out or automate.
- You want to leverage a plug-and-play CRM and follow-up system included with your brokerage alignment so you can scale your personal production without scaling your stress.
Compensation:
$77,000 - $325,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and provide a strong listing value proposition to sellers.
- Consult and guide clients through all the important aspects of conducting a real estate purchase or sale.
- Work Hard For Clients And Reap The Rewards.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License.
- Full-Time (No Part-time)- Must be available to answer Live lead calls.
- Live in or Reside around Downey- For training and meetings.
- Willingness to engage in an extensive training program designed for success.
- A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged.
- Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.
- Your availability to both buyers and sellers as the lead comes in.
