As a Security Officer Patrol Government Building in Foothill Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic tech location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or vendor access as directed by site procedures, and communicate clearly with staff regarding security-related concerns.
- Support access control, badge review, and general site policy compliance while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced business environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
