Pay: $23 - $28/hr based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What’s a typical day as Credit & Collections Collector? You’ll be:
• Monitoring assigned portfolios of AHM customer accounts for payment timeliness and tracking aging and payments.
• Routinely following up with customers via email and phone to ensure compliance with payment terms and address delinquencies.
• Collaborating with associates within the Credit and Collections department and other Honda business units to resolve order and payment discrepancies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, along with 3-5 years of experience in collections and working with B2B customers.
• Possess exceptional relational, conflict resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP), and specialized CRM systems.
