Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, motivated, and skilled construction professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe and professional job site.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial construction and remodeling tasks.
- Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, and general construction.
- Read and follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general construction methods and remodeling practices.
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
