What You'll Do
- Engage with customers and create a welcoming, positive experience.
- Introduce customers to current promotions, wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
- Recommend products and services based on each customer's needs.
- Complete activations, upgrades, and sales transactions accurately.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a professional and organized sales area.
- Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and wireless technology.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent customer service.
