Who You Are

  1. Licensed Ready: You hold an active NMLS license.
  2. Locally Fluent: You know the difference between structuring a complex Jumbo loan in Beverly Hills and securing a rapid pre-approval in Culver City.

The Compensation


We know what it takes to live and thrive in Southern California. Our commission plan is aggressive, uncapped, and built for a high-loan-balance market.


Target Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00+ per year (Aggressive commission + performance bonuses)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  1. Complete flexibility—you own your schedule.
  2. Monday to Friday with weekend availability for open houses and client calls.
