Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary
\n
This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of a Cash Management strategy and supporting processes in conformity with Paramount's and industry best practices.
\n
\n
Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Support planning activities for Film, including coordination with Business Units to prepare the Long Range Plan, annual Budget, forecast updates, and various ad hoc analyses
- Assist with maintaining the company wide cash planning model
- Prepare the rolling 13 week cash forecast including actuals reconciliation and variance analysis
- Liaise with Accounting and Treasury groups to plan and report actual cash flow on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with Business Units to collect summaries and explanations of actual and forecast results
- Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering and forecasting processes
- Assist in the management of risks and opportunities to achieve P&L and cash flow targets
- Maintain and prepare the Theatrical Cash Forecasting Model
- Maintain and prepare the Physical and Digital Transactional Cash Forecasting Model
- Assist in preparation of ad hoc materials requested by internal management

Qualifications
\n
Required
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance planning environment
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and business teams

- Experience with Hyperion and Essbase
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Entertainment or media industry experience
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment

Compensation

- Pay Rate: $47.74 to $52.55 per hour
