\n As an RN First Assist, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, providing assistance during surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing the surgical site, assisting the surgeon, and ensuring patient safety throughout the operation. The role demands experience and proficiency with Epic and Cerner systems, along with a commitment to high standards of patient care.

Requirements\n

- Certification of completion of approved RNFA course required
- Current Professional Liability Insurance required
- AHA ACLS required
- Cerner experience also required
- AHA PALS preferred
- Three years scrub and circulate experience in acute care facility required
- Annual surgeon review required
- Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) required
- Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience within last 12 months
- CA RN License required
- AHA BLS required
