We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale out a world class portfolio of recruiting firms. As an account manager for our supply-side, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners — helping them optimize their platform usage, improve day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and performance. This is one of the most cross-functional, high-leverage roles at our client. You’ll work directly with their top agencies to design new systems, and drive liquidity across the marketplace.

What You’ll Do

- Own high-stakes relationships. Advise top recruiters on growth strategy and operational excellence.
- Scale the supply engine. Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems that help recruiters perform.
- Run marketplace experiments. Test incentive programs, workflows, and automations that improve liquidity.
- Bridge ops and product. Translate daily insights into internal tools and product improvements.
