What You'll Do
- Diagnose electrical issues in residential homes
- Install, repair, and replace electrical panels
- Perform breaker replacements and troubleshooting
- Install EV chargers
- Install dedicated circuits
- Install ceiling fans, lighting, outlets, switches, GFCIs, and AFCIs
- Whole-home surge protection installations
- Electrical safety inspections
- Smart home device installations
- Generator transfer switches and backup power solutions
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Accurately document jobs using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred but not required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
- Experience with service upgrades, rewires, and panel replacements
- Clean driving record
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and ladders
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
